No because traditionally the girls that are in those sororities aren't good and thus they don't have a rich history of powerful/important/influential alumni like DDD/KD/ZTA/ADPI. First off they aren't all southern like KD/DDD/ADPi so they don't have as much alumni/pull in the area. If 30 years from now AXO is still as good as they are now, then MAYBE they will be a top tier. But just because they get some hot pledge classes doesn't make them top tier. Not what it's about.
