Sigma Chi SAE KA (Richest Members but as a fraternity they have noooo social budget because of troubles) Chi Psi (Northern Money) Pike/Sig Nu Pi Kapp/Beta With that said all of those groups are pretty damn wealthy and have good budgets. SAE and Sigma Chi stand out though.
