Sigma Chi: lots of Atlanta kids who are your typical frat stars but they have a lot of money and have a good social life because of it. bottom of the top tier Pi Kapp: DMV guys that are kind of like a more northern sigma chi honestly. just a little less popular and have some weirder brothers. probably the top middle tier house Beta: the older guys are weird but they have gotten good pledge classes since they have been in the house and are way better than they used to be. an ok middle tier house. girls like em and guys don't. Overall all are pretty respectable to join it just depends on what you are looking for
