SAE is top tier and really cool. Sigma Nu is top tier because of southern exclusivity but doesn't do a whole lot. Sigma Chi is top tier because they're exclusive, southern, have the most money and have good looking brothers -------- KA is a really good middle tier thats very exclusive but they're small and kind of weird as individuals. Chi Psi is a good middle tier but they have a lot of northerners that don't have much pull. Pi Kapp is a pretty good middle tier with a lot of hidden gems but some random brothers too. Pike is a decent middle tier because their brothers are a mixed bag but they rage off campus Phi Sig is a bunch of average guys with no real pull other than having letters. Still a cool group. Beta is just Beta
