with above that it depends on each year, buttttt there are some that year after year consistently do not make quota and have to do spring rush. out of all the ones mentioned I would say DEFINITELY gamma phi, agd, and pi phi will be doing spring rush. MOST LIKELY zta, phi mu, dz, and kkg will have to as well.
