Agreed EXCEPT I might say pi kapp and chi psi are in a tier themselves just below top, then big gap, then pike in a tier by themselves. I'm not a pike fan, but they are definitely not as good as pi kapp or chi psi, but DEFINITELY not as embarrassingly terrible as beta and the rest. And betas not better than the other crappy fraternities, they are just so annoying and so unfortunately I have them drilled into my head.
