At their presentation they said, and demonstrated, a strong Alumni presence. This will help them with recolonization. And the numbers of girls rushing has been steadily increasing each year which is why USC has been getting a lot of new sororities over the years. With so many girls rushing I don't think numbers will be an issue for them anytime soon. Also by recolonizing there will be a Pi Phi at every SEC school which is something they wanted to accomplish.
