This actually lowers your chances of getting the house you want because you won’t be eligible as a quota addition. It means you HAVE to be high enough on the bid list of the house you want. If you weren’t high enough on either chapter’s list, the algorithm takes the PNMs choice into a higher consideration so you’re more likely to be added to the one you want. You only get option B if you’re higher on their bid list and above the quota cut off. But you do you boo.
