THE NEW ADPi Kathleen Anne Bugnitz, 20, was arrested and charged with underage possession or consumption of alcohol on June 26, according to a police report. A taxi driver called the police on Bugnitz after she reportedly urinated in his vehicle and refused to pay a $90 punitive fee for doing so. On the other hand, Bugnitz had already paid her fare in full.
