This is a good explanation. The atl area towns and cities make up most of the girls in the sororities. They have an idea of who they think are the “best” and rank themselves. But old row is not a thing. It is very specific to Alabama. Those that say they are old row at uga, really are not. If so, only 2 of them would truly be. Don’t fall for it. Pick the sorority you fit based on what you see. Once you’re in a srat, you’ll see what’s real.
