There are certain sororities that are Atlanta-centric and draw from Atlanta area high schools. They are highly desired among that crowd, so that makes the perception 'top' for them, but they don't have anything better going for them than others. These are the ones that like to say they are old row but even they don't know what it means and some of those sororities are definitely not the oldest here. It's just a tale that got taller with the telling.
