Sororities are allowed to reach out, they just can’t promise you anything. The most popular sororities have a team of girls who reach out and it’s allowed. It helps them narrow down before rush. If the sorority has a history of being desired & high pnm return numbers (not rated low by pnms), they have permission from uga panhellenic to reach out to registered pnms. Those uga sororities I know have permission from pan to do this are aoii, axo, adpi, theta, kappa, kd, xo, and zta. There may be others, but I know for a fact these nine do. So don’t accuse any one of “dirty rushing” unless you know exactly what that means.
