That's not true. "Connections" means chapter members knowing a pnm personally or knowing about her from close acquaintances, like high school or camp or friends of friends, not some random alum from wherever calling the chapter. If you didn't go here for college or you don't personally know members, you have no connections. A chapter legacy might get some consideration but that never gets anyone a bid.
