Every chapter has standards. Some sororities definitely put looks first, but others prioritize grades, involvement, personality, diversity etc… DPhiE, AXO, and Pi Phi are a few chapters that don’t recruit as heavily based on looks, but they don’t just take everyone and will definitely cut people who don’t put any effort into presenting themselves well during recruitment.
