that’s true. they’ve always been lower mid tier because of previous pc’s but they’ve definitely moved up quickly. pc 18 put them on track to moving past lower mid, and pc 19 definitely bumped them into upper mid. fraternities actually love their pc and they’ve had top tier frats reaching out to them too from what i’ve heard. i’d say gamma phi, sk, dz, and tri delt are all very similar pc wise.
