I never understood all the pi phi hate. They're involved, mix with decent frats, and from what I've seen and heard, they seem to actually like each other. I agree it feels like they've struggled with rush, but the last PC had dope girls. I think the newest PC is solid middle tier-- no more, but no less by any means. Equating pi phi to dphie is sooo far off though. The two sororitys dont rush the same girls whatsoever.
