Sae is a nice house, big social budget, gets girls but the guys are all kind of questionable and douchey, they run chilifest and have a lot of money from that Sigep house has a nice setup but is far, throw fun parties, pretty popular with girls but is kind of just a watered down SAE the guys are nicer though Beta has a party barn, kind of been steadily going downhill and keep to themselves. The guys are pretty cool though but mostly consist of guys that wish they had joined KA or Fiji Delt has a decent house but is far, big partier types of guys, kind of been declining, really only hang out with their groupies. Half of the guys are pretty cool and the other half suck Pikes house is small and far, guys are more of a hybrid between men's organization and fraternity guys but are all pretty nice and smart. has a reputation for bidding guys who don't deserve a bid but that seems to be improving. Surprisingly has been pretty socially relevant this year
