Yall are both stupid. No one knows anything yet so you cant be like "Your wrong, im right blah blah." If they aren't kicked off yet it means they probably won't be, and KA has a clause in their bylaws that actually helps them when things like this happen. It makes the active members that were there and knew about it liable, and takes away all liability from the fraternity itself. Whats most likely going to happen is that a certain number of people are going to be found in charge and liable for the hazing accusation and they will be the ones punished. The fraternity as a whole might get a semester or two of social probation or something and move on. This is how things work if you have strong nationals that don't want to kill their local chapter, unless something really bad happened here.
