Chapters who are better at Recruitment will typically take no more than one junior at the maximum and that's only if she is very very close friends with members of that chapter already and basically is already a member just doesn't have a bid. The junior would also have to have perfect or near perfect grades, be attractive, and have a spotless reputation. Kappa, Chi O and TriDelt take a junior about once every 3 years (not a rule just a pattern), ZTA never takes juniors (just an informal policy they have).
