This is very true, it is total nonsense. No one sees the pnm's pref schedules, actives don't (and aren't allowed to) ask pnm's what other chapter they are preffing and then go make a spreadsheet, and no one can possibly know about enough pnm's and enough chapters' prefs through hearsay to have ANY idea what's 'common'. People will say anything on here...
