That's not retention that's just membership numbers. Retention is the difference between fall and spring. If you take the total membership number from fall (returning sisters + new members) and subtract the returning sisters number from spring (do not include new spring members) you can see how many are returning between fall and spring and look for a trend over a few years, BUT that doesn't account for December graduations. The chapter membership number doesn't tell anything about retaining members.
