ANYTHING can be hazing if you are 'forced' to sit through it. I have sat through a few chapter meetings that were so tedious they could fall under 'hazing'. Recruitment itself is like hazing for all concerned. Anyway, a random pnm in whatever new member class is as likely to drink as much as any other college freshman loose on their own, just like they are doing now in high school. Freshmen bring their existing behavior and expectations with them. But pnm's ARE NOT FORCED and if you don't want to drink you don't have to and it will be fine with everyone. If you do drink, DON'T post it, DON'T talk about it, and if you're caught don't be like 'wahhhh they made me' because we know they didn't and it was your choice.
