gamma phi at a&m has been sliding down for years. they came out of the gate strong when they chartered here about 10 years ago but that was due to adpi going through what they went through and aopi coming on campus a few years later. over the past few years, their internal structure has been terrible, causing a lot of girls to drop. this has made recruiting more and more difficult, and i think it makes them take a lot of leftovers. instead of sticking to getting fewer girls they just go for whoever which makes them have a bad identity.
