Recruitment '22 starts in one week - who is ready for the ride? There are still two days left to register. 14 active sororities will participate in formal fall recruitment. The number of potential new members (PNMs) registered for recruitment typically ranges from 1100-1300, which usually gives TAMU pledge classes of about 75 (some PNMs will remove themselves from the process). The majority of the women participating in primary recruitment are invited to join a chapter at the end. More than 85 percent of the PNMs participating in the Open House Round of recruitment have received a bid. But it is possible to go through recruitment and not pledge a sorority. Recruitment is a process of “mutual selection,” which means it can result in many different outcomes!
