No, don’t. Your pledge class will be 90% full of 18 year olds who just moved out of their parents home 1 week ago. You’ve been independent for a decade and are pushing 30. Honestly, unless you’re incredibly immature and usually hang out with people 10 years younger, you’d hate it. Looking like an 18 year old and acting like one are two different things. There are other outlets if you are seeking close female friendships & leadership opportunities & the shared mission of an organization. Junior League is a fantastic option & once you’ve finished your provisional year, you can transfer membership to any other League in the country.
