Do not be discouraged. It is a numbers game and it is a horribly hurtful process for the amazing girls that slip through the cracks. It is really hard if you don't know actives. You may even find that some of the top houses have girls that are typical sorority girls but are so rude and only care about which frats they hang out with. Look for girls that you feel like you can be friends with and the ones that want to get to know you. If a group of girls doesn't want you, do you want to be friends with them in any organization??
