A lot of it is about the people you know in the chapters, contacts, etc. For example, did you go to high school with some of the girls or at least to the same high school, did you go to any summer camps with the girls, etc. It’s very helpful if you know people in the chapters. Obviously the other stuff matters but knowing people helps beyond that. Do not beat yourself up about it or feel bad, you are no doubt great regardless of rush. Hang in there.
