To rank chapters against each other you can't. It's apples and oranges. Kappa Tridelt Chio etc, do not go after a Zeta or DG and vice versa. Tri Delta/ Kappa Chio do not sit around during recruitment and think "who are Zetas top girls let's steal one". They're not interested and vice versa. The two groups compete within eachother. You feel so compelled to rank, rank from the groups of girls they chase.
