That’s not true, though if you are an upperclassmen rushing in a hard major, we don’t evaluate majors and GPA’s when cutting for grade risks. If you are an engineering major with a 2.9, you’re going to have a very difficult rush. We def don’t look at freshmen majors when cutting - people change their majors so much that would be ridiculous. Half the science & engineering freshmen won’t even be in those majors by the end of their sophomore year.
