If a chapter didn’t participate in fall formal rush, it just means quota increases and pledge classes get bigger. Quota is just math: it’s the number of PNMs with 1+ Pref invitations divided by the number of chapters participating. For simple math, 1300 PNM’s divided by 13 houses = Quota is 100 1300 PNM’s divided by 12 houses = Quota is 108-109.
