Rush is only “mutual” when the PNM is invited back to more chapters than the next round has parties. Ie, if all the houses invited you back after Open House, then you would return to the ones you ranked highest for Philanthropy. If 2 of your top houses released you, you would return to 2 houses that you “cut” (if they invited you back.) If fewer houses invite you back, you won’t have full invitations to the next round and you will go back to all houses that invited you, regardless of how you ranked them. The only time a PNM’s choices are considered first is after Pref, the computers will take your first choice and try to match you to it several times before trying your other house(s).
