i totally think what theta did was good. maybe the timing was off, but why should a legacy take away a spot from someone who may have deserved it more? the structure of the legacy process is inherently holding back BIPOCs from joining fraternities/sororities because "many times the majority of these legacies are from white families, so the mathematical possibility for a person of color to gain admittance to a historically white fraternity/sorority chapter on some campuses is exceptionally low"!!! i wish my srat would do the same, diversity and inclusion is important (quote from blog . phiredup . com / racism / )
