It wasn’t a chapter decision. We had no say in that rule. It was our nationals who happens to be the most left leaning nationals. They said that giving any legacy an advantage is promoting white privilege. We did our best to make our legacies feel special and get them on our bid list. Again everyone in the chapter was shocked that nationals would implement this two weeks before recruitment and there was nothing the chapter could of done.
