The problem is, she wasn't held to the same standards. She loved Theta and let them know and assumed they loved her too b/c they kept her until right before pref. If you're going to let someone go, it would be nice to do it soon enough so the pnm has a fighting change with other sororities. She had 1 left. ONE. Let's face it.....Theta really shafted some of these girls. My friend was just as, if not more involved than other girls at her high school, smart, cute, kind, etc. It's honestly almost as if they purposely cut her BECAUSE she was a legacy and let other girls in from same school who were not. The whole situation was just BAD. Her mom and her sister were BOTH Thetas at A&M. How do you think they feel? And no, this girl did not enter rush thinking she was a sure bet and that she didn't have to do anything b/c she was a legacy. She isn't like that. She's quite sweet and humble.
