Quota Addition is a PNM who otherwise would not have gotten a bid, and will be matched to a chapter she has listed on her pref round rankings AS LONG AS HER NAME APPEARS ON THEIR PREFERENTIAL BID LIST (AKA they wanted to extend her a bid). House cannot accept more than 5% over quota. (So, no more than 4 girls per house). PNMs are not eligible if they have prefed only one house.
