Zeta: Stunning house! Good relationship with Delt and have a good reputation with Pike too. KD: Very large house! Very cute layout of house and the girls are very genuine. ADPi: These girls are finally getting back. Honest and funny and very smart. Theta: Extremely high GPA and very smart girls. House is very non greek looking but gorgeous! Good Jesus house too. Delta Gamma: Has great dancers, pretty girls, and are probably the most sought after by the guys. Pi Phi: Actual Philanthropy work not just daddy writing check. House on the rise. Can't label the house as too diverse. AXO: Very instagrammy house. Always done up and looking fly. Great relationship with SAE and some Pike. Tri Delt: House is old but very pretty. Stay out of all the drama. Rich girls. Good relationship with KA and Fiji. Delta Zeta: House got painted white and now looks very cute. Good relationship with mens orgs such as AMA. Smaller size but very sweet. Gamma Phi: Really stepping up their game. Philanthropy is very confusing but basically helps empower young girls. AOPI: NEW HOUSE! Very sweet and easy to talk to girls. Need a year or two to really get up there. Chi O: Religious, host Songfest (huge dancing competition), very unproblematic. Good national brand. Kappa: Rich girls but also fun. KA and Fiji is their faves. Chef in the house is FIRE too.
