I hate these types of rankings because the houses are so different. GPhi, DZ, Theta, AXO & KD keep getting ranked low. Let’s be honest. None of these are “easy” to get into. They just aren’t as hard to get into as others. Reason being that some chapters zip code and recruit from a select few high schools. They are all friends and then recruit friends the next year. Makes it harder to get a diverse group of girls. If this makes a chapter a “top” house, then no thank you!!!
