The Aurora Court cul-de-sac homes opening this Fall.....36-brand new 5-bedroom houses. Last year 180 students all pre-leased with deposits around the first week of Sept. The construction hadn’t even started yet and the company never advertised. It was kept on the down low and the Who’s Who of TAMU found out lol. They hand picked what friends they wanted to sign. It was mostly pre-booked by juniors who will probably renew their leases for senior year. I can see it being one of the most sought after streets in Cstat once they graduate and move-out in two years!
