Zeta/dg is top house if you were a popular girl from a suburban highschool and are middle class. Tridelt/kappa is top house if you’re a popular or semi popular girl from a big city and you’re stupid rich. Tridelt and kappa are much harder to get into because they essentially zip code cut. If you aren’t from their area you won’t get in. Zeta and dg will give you a chance no matter what (unless you aren’t pretty) so you’ll end up with a more diverse pledge class in a way but there will always be a handful of outliers that get in and ruin the houses reputation.
