There is no way GR posted this, lol. The rankings are so off, it does seem like an alum or someone who doesn’t even go here that posted since they didn’t even know Sig Ep is gone. Nothing wrong with the chapters listed but many are not top. The only people who would rank Kappa and Fiji top, let alone top tier, are Kappa and Fiji.
