From Bid Day until Initation, you'll have a weekly meeting with your new member educators and your whole pledge class, as well as a sisterhood / social / philanthropy event or two per week, and required study hours. The new member period is NOTHING like guys pledging. It's a time for your pledge class to bond and make friends, to learn about the organization you have joined, and for the older girls to get to know you.
