Hello pledge. If you do in fact build your build entirely by yourself than you're breaking the law. The reason no other frats build two story builds is because you are required by law to atleast bring out contractors to ensure its safety if it's two stories. So no. Not talking out of my ass. You might build it but you still hire people to come out and help.
