1. Yes, you need recs. They are a national requirement to pledge for at least two chapters on campus. 2. Recs do not have to be from A&M alumnae. Any alumna of the sororities on campus, regardless of where they went to college, can write your rec. The best Recs are written by women who know you & your family the best so start asking your neighbors, your friends' mothers, your mom's friends, cousins, aunts, teachers or coaches, etc.
