I'd say Kappa is mid tier at best. Not attractive inside or out. Pretentiousness new money. Top 5 Triple Delta, Zeta, no order now, Kappa/Pi Phi/ Theta maybe Chi O. Kappa is getting too many hazing probation and falling Nationally.
