Admit it or not.....the chapters that get talked about the most and have threads posted and bumped about them all the time (especially this time of the year) are the ones that others chapters are worried about during recruitment. If nobody ever mentions a chapter, they don't consider it a threat to their own status. Some will deny this but it's the truth.
