Pretty much no one agrees that Theta is above AXO or Pi Phi. Both Pi Phi and Theta take studious girls (Pi Phi had highest GPAs last semester) but they are more sociable, so they would be strictly better. If anything, Tri Delt and Kappa are in the top spots - in all the rankings, these two are always in the top. "Almost top" would be Zeta, XO, and DG. Names everyone knows and respects, but not universally accepted as top.
