tri delt kappa chi o zeta dg pi phi theta axo kd gphi dz adpi though I personally think chi o and zeta have enough girls preffing them during rush (deny it if you want to but its true) that they would not fall under "desperate" to be top and more considered top by a lot of people to where you could say they're top or upper middle. spot on w fraternities except I'd consider Beta better than Delt. also its more like ka and fjij top (as you said) and sig ep, beta, sae in a range between top and middle, again not "desperate" bc if you can be considered top you're probably not desperate (ok maybe sae)
