I think this thread is a very good example of why religion should be a topic to avoid bringing up during recruitment. Everyone has a different response, some good and some bad. It is easier to not bring it up, if unrelated to the conversation, and avoid an awkward conversation than to try to struggle through one. Additionally, if religion does come up naturally in the conversation, feel free to talk about! If it doesn't come up, don't worry about it. As stated in other posts, there are religious girls in EVERY sorority so finding like minded people after recruitment will not be a problem.
