People call all kinds of things 'dirty rush' that are not. If members already know people from high school or camp or hometown or whatever before rush. That's not dirty rush but people like to call it that because they think it's an unfair advantage. That is stupid thinking because no one can unknow someone or not already have an opinion on someone they have met before. And that's not considered dirty rush by panhellenic. What is actual dirty rush would be reaching out to total strangers to try to rush them before rush. So is a bunch of other things.
