Ranking Greek organizations is terrible. It is especially awful to buy into it and give it any kind of importance, especially if it is based on looks. We can't do that to other women. People want to wear their letters like a badge of honor, like if you're in a 'top' house it makes you 'top' by association. Got news for you: joining any sorority doesn't make you any hotter or more fun or smarter or more accomplished or anything other than you already are. This site doesn't help. But Sororities can and must choose who they want. They are private social clubs, not honor societies based on merit. It's not a sign up sheet where you get to pick and then join, there are plenty of other groups like that. They can pick who they already know if they want to. It shouldn't make people so angry.
